Parking
We have 2 signed carpark’s for Wabi Sabi clients to use out front in the parking bay. There are some free to park spaces available onsite (unless marked by other shops, please note you could be towed at your own risk if parking in other shops parking). Otherwise, there is plenty of street parking on Woodside Ave and Gladstone Road.

A beautiful, calming salon & experience. I always find it hard to stay awake as it’s so relaxing. Beautiful teas are offered, as well as healthy snacks & sparkling water. There’s an outdoor area to chill out at on a nice day. I always leave with my hair looking and feeling amazing. The team here really look after you. Thanks guys xx

Green Fee
Each time you visit our sustainable salon your service bill includes a small green fee of just $5. You can read all about what positive impact is made to our planet thanks to your $5 contribution through sustainable salons.
Booking & Cancellation
Please note – 48 hour Cancellation Policy
– We send confirmation texts up to 4 days before, & an email 5 days before your appointment to give you plenty of time to make changes if needed. We know life can be unpredictable, this early reminder is designed to help you avoid any cancellation fees.
– If you do need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. This helps us accommodate others who are waiting for an opening & ensures everything runs smoothly for our team.
– Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a fee of up to 50%
– NO Shows may be invoiced for 100% of the booking.
– Running late? No problem, we’ll do our best to adjust, but please know your service may be shortened & full charges will still apply.
Deposit refunds will be minus the merchant fee. Deposits kept as credit on your file keep full amount.

Salon Sickness
If you are unwell, please reschedule your hair journey/booking. We usually require 48hours notice to avoid cancellation fees so please let us know at your earliest convenience if you are unwell. On arrival if there is any noticeable sign of illness you may regrettably be asked to come back another time. If you knowingly come to your booking unwell we may request your full booking cost. Our stylists will also give you the same respect.
Clothing & Personal Items Disclaimer
While we take every care to protect clothing with professional capes and towels during your service, hair colour products and salon chemicals can occasionally come into contact with fabrics. For this reason, we recommend wearing clothing you are comfortable having exposed to salon products when attending colour appointments.
Wabi Sabi Salon cannot accept responsibility for damage or staining to clothing or personal items during salon services.
Hair Adjustments
Your hair journey is important to us – if you feel your style isn’t working for you, we will do our best to find a solution for you. Adjustments are to be done within 10 salon days from your original booking at no cost to you. Any adjustments made because of change of mind or unrealistic expectations, or not following our recommended hair maintenance plan, will come at a cost to you.
Promo Offers
Unless stated otherwise, no promo vouchers are accepted on late nights, Saturdays or in December. We reserve the right to choose a time and stylist best suited for the salon when we accept promo offers. Promotions must be used on full adult hair services only over $150 and not valid with any other offer or with Director. Promos and donated vouchers expire within 3 months of issue unless stated otherwise and are to be redeemed in one transaction, no credit or change will be given. Cannot be used on product purchases.
